| Abstract: | The execution of criminal punishment work is core of the jail work.As the national criminal punishment execution institution,the jail take punishment execution as its function.Through the execution of punishment,realizes the criminal penalty and the transformation,realizes goal of prevention and reduced crime finally.Facing the current request of the harmonious society’s construction,problems which exists in the present organization establishment of punishment execution,the sentence commuting proportion,release on bail for medical treatment,and so on,influence punishment execution work function,needs to carry on reform in "the main(branch) room system",standardization in the sentence commuting,the criminal medical service socialization,and so on,then fully display function of punishment execution work. |
