农村公共产品供给问题与对策研究

近年来，三农问题已成为我国社会经济发展中日益突出的问题，严重制约着我国经济的进一步发展以及农村经济的持续发展和农村社会的稳定。其中，农村公共产品的供给问题尤其突出，其原因在于目前适合我国国情的农村公共产品供给机制尚未真正建立起来。因此，必须以科学的、符合我国实际的理论为指导，建立完善的农村公共产品供给机制，保障农村公共产品的有效供给。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Supply of Public Products in Rural Areas

In recent years, the three dimensional rural issues have become increasingly obvious during the course of social and economic development in China, and have been seriously hindering the economy from further developing. In the meanwhile they have also badly influenced the sustainable economic development and social stability in rural areas. Among the issues, the problem of the supply of public products is especially serious because the supplying mechanism that fits in with our situation has not been completely established. Therefore we must take the scientific theories that are suitable to our practical situation as guidance, establish a perfect mechanism for the supply of public products, so as to secure the project to be effectively carried out.
