数字技术与刑事证据——论数码照片的收集、审查和鉴定

随着数码成像技术的不断发展以及数码成像产品的普及和应用 ,数码照片在公安、司法实践中应用的案件逐年增多。由于数码图像在计算机上利用图像处理软件可以进行任意加工 ,因此数码照片易被变造和伪造。为此 ,本文根据数码照片的特点 ,论述作为刑事诉讼证据的数码照片的收集、审查和鉴定。

Digital Technique and Criminal Evidence--on the collection, examination and appraisal of digital pictures

With the continuous development of digital imaging technique and popularization and application of digital imaging products, the cases involving putting digital pictures into judicial practice are on the rise year by year. Because digital pictures can be easily processed by using image-processing software in the computer, so it is easy to forge or alter digital pictures. Therefore, based on the characteristics of digital pictures, the paper discusses the collection, examination and appraisal of digital pictures that are regarded as evidences of criminal procedure.
