苏区精神对中共建设廉洁政治的启示

土地革命战争时期,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党创造和孕育了以"坚定信念、求真务实、一心为民、清正廉洁、艰苦奋斗、争创一流、无私奉献"为主要内涵的苏区精神。苏区精神丰富的廉洁意蕴是中国革命胜利的宝贵精神财富,也是新时期建设廉洁政治的重要借鉴。在新时期建设廉洁政治的历史进程中,广大党员干部要大力弘扬苏区精神,坚定理想信念,提振精神风貌,消除党员干部精神懈怠的危险;增强创新意识,提升能力水平,消除党员干部能力不足的危险;继承优良作风,践行群众路线,消除党员干部脱离群众的危险;强化宗旨意识,加强制度建设,消除党员干部消极腐败的危险。

The Implication of the Soviet Area Spirit for the CPC Building Clean Politics

During the period of agrarian revolutionary war, the Chinese revolutionists represented by Mao Zedong created and cultivated the soviet area spirit, the main content of which may be formulated as ＂firm faith, seeking the truth, care for the people, honesty and uprightness, hard work, search for excellence, selflessness and dedica- tion＂. The implication of the soviet area spirit in respect of cleanness is a valuable spiritual wealth for the victory of Chinese revolution, and also an important reference for building clean politics in the new period. In the histori- cal process of building clean politics in the new period, the Party member cadres should carry forward the soviet area spirit ,firm their ideal and faith, improve their spiritual outlook, and eliminate the danger of spiritual slug- gishness ; reinforce the consciousness of innovation, improve the abilities, and get rid of the danger of inadequate capacity;inherit the good tradition, practice the mass line and overcome the danger of losing touch with the mass;and strengthen the sense of tenet, enhance institutional development, and clear up the danger of corrup- tion.
