| 摘 要： | 目前,在我国,家庭暴力问题作为一个社会问题引起了立法者以及社会各界的广泛关注,但在家庭暴力治理方面,我国的立法和社会工作均存在缺陷.要治理家庭暴力,作为反家庭暴力工作前提和基础的立法工作必须率先做出反应;同时,我们应组织社会各个部门的力量,建立跨部门的反家庭暴力委员会,并积极强化司法介入. |

| Abstract: | Family violence,as a social problem,attracts the attention of lawmakers and many other people now in China.But there are some shortcomings in social work and legislation in fighting against family violence.To fight against family violence,legislation should first respond.Meanwhile,we should organize all the departments and set up cross-department committees of anti-family violence.We should introduce the involvement of judicial organs. |
