| 摘 要： | 电力系统事关社会公共安全,一旦出现问题需要快速反应机制。通过分析电力系统突发事件的特点与原因,按照应急管理原理,借鉴国外电力系统在应急处理方面的丰富经验,对电力系统应急管理机制进行了探讨。
