摘    要:随着企业人事制度改革的进一步深化,市场竞争的日趋激烈,现代企业人力资源管理面临的新问题也愈加突出。如何采取有效对策处理新问题,是对现代企业生存、发展的重大挑战。笔者认为应进一步深化企业改革,提升企业人力资源管理体系,建立一套符合市场经济需求,科学合理的绩效管理和考核体系,才能促进企业全面可持续发展。

Abstract:Along with the further deeping development of the enterprise personnel system, and the fierce market competition day by day, the new problems which the human resource management of the modern enterprises is confronted with becomes more and more prominent. How to adopt the effective countermeasures to deal with these new problems is a great challenge for the modern enterprises to seek for survival and development.We should deepen the enterprise reform further, promote the management system of the human resource of the enterprises,and set up a set of scientific and reasonable performance (result-benefit) management and check system which conform to the requirements of the market economy.Only in this way,could we promote the overall and sustained development of the enterprises.
