美国压人民币升值的意图、前景及对策

中期选举前后，美国政府和国会集中向中国政府施压，人民币升值压力加大，自9月份以来升值幅度达2％以上。10月15日，美国政府再次推迟公布主要贸易国经济和汇率政策情况报告，暂时缓解了中国被列为“汇率操纵国”之忧，但人民币升值压力并未得到缓解。当前人民币无大幅升值基础，且人民币升值对中国经济危害巨大，因而应在当前国内外经济形势还十分复杂的情况下，继续维持人民币汇率的相对稳定，并采取具体措施缓解当前日益增大的人民币升值压力。

The Intend of the US to Press for RMB's Appreciation and an Analysis of its Prospect

Of late,as the US government and Congress jointly put pressure on China for RMB's appreciation,RMB is under increasing pressure for appreciation.We should make it clear what determines the exchange rate of RMB and gradually internationalize RMB to relieve the pressure on RMB for its appreciation.
