| 摘 要： | 2005年出台的《中华人民共和国公务员法》明确规定公务员不得在企业或者其他营利性组织中兼任职务,不得通过兼职获取经济利益。但现实中却屡禁不止。公务员兼职不但影响本职工作,违背市场规则而且会导致腐败,影响政府威信。本文在分析导致公务员兼职原因的基础上,结合国外关于公务员兼职的有关法律规定以及具体实践管理方法,提出了解决我国公务员兼职问题的相关对策。

| Abstract: | People's Republic of China Civil Servants Law promulgated in 2005 clearly states that the civil servants must not take part-time job in business or other for-profit organizations.
