| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国"买官卖官"现象严重,造成卖官者卖官或供给官职的前提条件主要是有私心的当官者拥有择官权以及现行的监督与惩罚手段相对滞后、乏力.而治理"买官卖官"现象应当强化反腐败的制度创新,如推进社会文化意识创新、干部选拔任用制度创新、利益分配制度创新、监督和惩戒制度创新等.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the corrupt practices of "purchasing offices and selling offices" appear to have become more and more serious in the country.The precondition of selling offices is mainly that the officials with a strong sense of selfishness have power to select officials of lower ranks,and the supervision and punishment means in force are relatively lagging and lacking in strength.To crack down on the corruption effectively,we should make innovation in anti-corruption systems,that is,to push ahead with innovation in social and cultural consciousness,in the system of the selection and appointment of leading cadres,in the income distribution system and the supervision and punishment system. |
