我国社区矫正工作问题研究

社区矫正作为一种非监禁刑罚的执行方式,作为通过改造使罪犯更好的重新融入社会的有效手段,该项工作同时也很好地顺应了宽严相济这一刑罚执行制度改革的潮流,具有很强的必要性和现实性.但我国的社区矫正工作开展的相对晚,在十几年的摸索中取得了很多成绩,但还存在很多问题,笔者在寻找问题的基础上,介绍了我国社区矫正工作走在前列的辽阳市的一些做法,希望能为我国社区矫正工作中问题的解决发挥一点作用.

But the work of community correction is relatively late in our country, have made a lot of achievements in exploration more than 10 years, there are still many problems. Based on looking for problems, some methods in the forefront of Liaoyang City are introduced to our community correction work, hoping to play a little role in solving the problems of community correction in China.
