| 摘 要： | 监狱民警作为公务员的一种,在监狱体制改革大背景下,其履职状况仍然存在一些问题。原因是多方面的,有民警自身的原因,有管理层面、考核层面、激励层面的原因,也有社会层面的原因。原因的多样化决定我们必须跳出就激励谈激励的小圈子,用系统的眼光和思维创新举措,从多个实践层面最大程度地发挥配套措施的激励作用。

| Abstract: | As the civil servant,under prison system reform background,prison police still have some problems on their work situation.The reasons include staff,management,examination,encouragement and social factors.The variety of reasons decided that we should jump out of the encouragement to discuss encouragement,and develop the maximal encouragement function of correlative measures by using systemic sight and thinking innovation. |
