危机管理理论在高校共青团工作中的应用研究

当前高校共青团组织生存的外部环境和面对的大学生群体与以往相比发生了深刻的变化，使其面临着更多的危机风险。解决这一问题需从危机和危机管理的概念出发，对高校共青团工作中所面临的各种危机进行细分，在此基础上进一步分析高校共青团工作的危机管理需遵循的原则，以及如何构建危机管理机制。

Research on the Application of Crisis Management Theory in the Work of Communist Youth League in Colleges

Nowadays, to the college Communist Youth League, both the outside environment for existence and the college students faced by the organization have changed greatly, which has made the Communist Youth League face more crises. To solve the problem, we should carefully classify various crises by referring to the concepts of crisis and crisis management existing in the work of college Communist Youth League. Further more we should make analyses on the principles that should be followed in the crisis management conducted in the work, and on the construction of crisis management mechanism.
