广州城中村社会矛盾分析与化解机制研究

城中村（含转制社区）的各类社会矛盾在快速城市化的进程中愈加突出,建立有效的化解机制一直是城市管理者及学者关注和研究的问题.在阐述广州城中村现存主要社会矛盾的基础上,剖析矛盾纠纷产生的根源,指出现阶段只有构建新的社会矛盾化解机制,才能破解城中村社会管理的难题,实现广州城乡全面发展和创建和谐广州的目标.

On the Social Contradictions of Villages in Guangzhou City and Resolving Mechanism

With the rapid development of urbanization , various kinds of social contradictions of villages in the city tend to be prominent and the issue of establishing an effective resolving mechanism always draws attention from the city managers and scholars. This paper analyzes the sources of such contradictions on the basis of illustrating the major social contradictions of villages in Guangzhou city and points out that such contradictions can only be resolved by establishing a new social contradiction resolving mechanism in order to realize the overall development of urban and rural regions and achieve a harmonious Guangzhou.
