At present,the research on the credit right in China is still in the initial stage,and there are some different opinions about the concept and the nature of the credit right in the theoretical circles.So the author analyses the concept and nature of the credit right,and discusses the credit tenure,the credit defending right and the right to dispose of the credit interests.
