我国养老产业发展面临的现实困境及其破解

当下,我国已经步入老龄化社会且老龄化程度正在持续上升,老年人口在给养老产业发展带来新机遇的同时也对我国传统养老服务改善升级提出了新的要求。通过客观分析我国养老产业发展面临的现实困境,本文认为,进一步发展养老产业,应注重宏观政策的延续性和协调性,发展模式应满足需求的多样性和融合性,加强养老产业人才队伍建设。

The Realistic Dilemma Faced by the Development of China’s Pension Industry and its Solution

At present,China has entered an aging society and the degree of aging is continuously rising.The elderly population not only brings new opportunities to the development of the elderly care industry,but also puts forward new requirements for the improvement and upgrading of China’s traditional elderly care services.By objectively analyzing the practical difficulties faced by the development of China’s pension industry,this paper believes that to further develop the pension industry,we should pay attention to the continuity and coordination of macro policies,the development model should meet the diversity and integration of needs,and strengthen the construction of talent team in the pension industry.
