Analysis and Evaluation of Key Influencing Factors of Government Digital Transformation

China is at the intersection of promoting the modernization of national governance and the new generation of information technology revolution.Promoting the digital transformation of government is an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Based on the existing research,with the help of toe framework,this paper analyzes and evaluates the influencing factors of China’s Government digital transformation from the aspects of technology,organization and environment by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the strategic planning of government digital transformation is the most key factor to promote the process of government digital transformation;In the constructed index system,the influence of the organizational level on the government’s digital transformation is“strong”,and the influence of the technical level and environmental level on the government’s digital transformation is“strong”,which shows that the government should pay special attention to the role of the organization in the process of transformation,and on this basis,it should take multiple measures.
