对诱导未成年人犯罪的不健康文献的研究

“不健康文献”是指那些含有渲染暴力、色情、赌博、恐怖活动等内容 ,危害未成年人身心健康 ,容易诱发未成年人违法犯罪的物品。根据不同的记录手段和读取方式 ,不健康文献可以分为∶印刷型、缩微型、机读型和视听型等。不健康文献的传播渠道可以分为信源渠道和信道渠道 ,除此之外 ,不健康文献内容的传播还可以通过非正式方式进行。

Studies on Unhealthy Documents Tempting Juvenile Delinquency

Unhealthy documents refer to the objects playing up violence, pornography, gambling and terror contents, endangering juvenile mental and physical health, tending to tempt the youngsters to commit crimes. According to different record means and reading ways, they can be divided into: printed, micro formed, read on machine and audio-visual etc. Their spreading channels include information origin and information channel, the spreading channels may include informal ways.
