| Abstract: | Materialist dialectics is the theoretical weapon with which Communists recognize and transform the world. In the new historic period, Deng Xiaoping, with a clear comprehension of the essence of materialist dialectics, made a successful exploration on the construction of the Communist Party under the conditions of ruling and reform and opening-up, and thus providing us with important methodological inspiration in handling the problem of Communist Party construction in the new century. |
