桂林围绕"文化立市"、"旅游兴市"战略,大力发展文化旅游产业,文化旅游产业对经济社会发展的拉动作用越来越明显。但文化旅游产业发展过程中还存在一些矛盾和问题,必须充分发挥得天独厚的文化与旅游资源优势,从深度和广度上促进二者的融合,形成两大产业互动发展、互融共赢的新模式。
