| 摘 要： | 1978年中国公诉工作随着检察制度的重建而获得重生,并随着我国社会主义法治建设的加强而呈现在权能多元化的基础上不断专业化的趋势.但是在实践发展过程中,还存在一定的弊端,如权能不够细化、专业化无序等.今后,公诉工作必须一方面合理细化权能,同时加强专业化建设的系统性.

| Abstract: | The public prosecution work revived since the rebuild of procuratorial system in 1978,and the power of which has tended to specialization on the base of the pluralization of power with the development of Chinese socialism legal construction.However deficiencies still exist in practice such as lack of detailedness and disorder of specialization.The public prosecution should be advanced by reasonably detailing the power and systematizing the specialization of the power. |
