| Abstract: | There are some phenomena of young college teachers'disqualification for occupational morality, for example, the disagreement of deeds with creeds, the disjointedness between social value and individual value, the estrangement of modern concept from traditional concept. During social transition, young college teachers' value direction is into maze, their idealistic education presents faultiness. Therefore, it is indispensable to enhance the construction of young college teachers' occupational cthics. |
