| 摘 要： | 作为党的舆论工具,党报在党的执政事业中担负着特殊使命。加强党的执政能力,对深化党报改革具有重要的指导意义。当前,深化党报改革应着眼于促进党的执政能力的提高和执政事业的发展,着力于创新内容、创新形式、创新手段,不断提高办报质量,切实在增强党报的舆论引导力和市场竞争力上下功夫。

| Abstract: | As the tool of media of the CPC,its newspapers undertake a special mission in the course of the governance of the CPC.Enhancing the CPC's governance capability is of great guidance in deepening the reform of the newspapers of the CPC,in which we should emphatically promote the CPC's governance capability and make innovations in the contents,forms and means of its newspapers,so as to improve its qualities and do a good job in enhancing its guidance in the media and its market competitiveness. |
