| 摘 要： | 当前高校思想政治教育工作中,"80后"辅导员和"90后"大学生已经成为主体。"80后"辅导员对"90后"大学生的思想政治教育工作质量的提高,不仅要求"80后"辅导员增强责任心,努力提高自身工作水平,还需要国家和学校在体制上加强"80后"辅导员队伍的建设。
