| Abstract: | On the 30th anniversary of Chinese maritime court,this article recalls the construction of maritime judicial system, the progressive improvement of maritime and marine legal system, the growth of maritime trial teams, the improvement of maritime and marine ease trial, affirms the achievements of Chinese maritime judicial, and finally puts forward the goal of improving the credibility maritime trial and building China into Asia-Pacific maritime judicial center. |
