关于建立知识产权从业人员预选机制的思考

摘    要:通过对我国知识产权人才培养制度,知识产权人才制度管理,我国知识产权职业特征的分析,进而指出,在我国有必要整合知识产权各分支领域的人才分立局面,建立统一的知识产权从业人员的预选机制来进一步规范知识产权事业,达到提高知识产权从业人员的整体素质,规范知识产权市场运作的目的.知识产权从业人员预选机制的建立有助于我国加强对知识产权的保护力度,加强知识产权的国际合作,适应社会主义市场经济的发展.

Abstract:By examining human educational system,human managing system,and professional character in the branch of intellectual property,this paper points out that we should set up primary election system to solve the separate disorder in this realm.The establishment of primary election will enhance the personal ability and accountability,regulating affairs in intellectual property.The professional primary election system will also help largely protect intellectual property and facilitate international intercourse.Subsequently,our socialist market economy will prosper.
