论军队思想政治教育目标科学定位及实现途径

军队思想政治教育目标定位是个不断发展的历史范畴。在新的历史时期,军队思想政治教育目标定位必须坚持以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,宣传贯彻"十六大"精神,着眼于提高官兵综合素质,促进人的全面发展,并把学习与教育有机结合、思想育人与综合育人相互融合、部队教育与社会教育穿插互补、主体要求与客体需求互利共赢作为思想政治教育目标实现的有效途径。

Study on Scientific Orientation and Achieving Methods of the Object of Army Ideological and Political Education

The object orientation of army ideological and political education is a continuously developing historical category.In the new period ,the object orientation of army ideological and political education should take the important thought of "The Representatives" as its guidelines ,and propagandize and carry out the spirit of "the 16th Congress" with an eye to improve the comprehensive qualities of the army officers and soldiers and to promote their overall development .It is conducted through the valid way by combining study and education organizationally,integrating education of thinking with synthetic education,making the army education and the social education complementary with each other as well as getting subject requirement and object requirement benefit mutually.
