Affiliation: | Assistant Professor in the School of Labor and Industrial Relations of Michigan State University since 1981. She earned a B.A. from Smith College, a M.A. from Northwestern University, and a Ph.D. in economics from Michigan State University in 1978. Prior to joining the faculty of Michigan State University she taug htat several colleges, and worked at the Federal Trade Commission while a Urookings In stitution Economic Policy Fellow. Her research interests include comparable worth in pay, occupational deregulation, and the effectiveness of prison vocational training.;Professor and Chairman of Marketing at the University of Galtimore. He received a Ph.D. in marketing and a ki.A. in sociology from Northwestern University in 1971. His current research interests are in consumer behavior and public policy relative to services. He has recently published articles on marketing by professionals, marketing strat-egy, and marketing education and several books on microcomputers. He is theeditor of the American Marketing Association's Services Marketing Newsletter. |
