| Abstract: | We should keep in mind that our economic legislation shall be in line with the reflection of the objective economic regulations and,institute our laws and regulations for the foreign funded enterprises to reflect the socialist mar- ket economy while consulting the some foreign legislations,especially those in the third world countries for their foreign funded enterprises. |
