略论农村法治中的村官权力

村官权力具有自治权力和行政权力 (依授权、依委托 )二重性。乡村民主政治是全社会民主政治的有机组成部分。在中国 ,社会差异导致无法用统一的尺度去衡量存在极大差异的中国农村。在现实条件下 ,以村民自治为核心的农村法治使村官权力及其运作成为研究农村法治的重要范畴。为此 ,应在反思的基础上对村官权力进行技术性调整

A Discussion on the Power of Village Cadres in Rural Government by Law

The power of Village Cadres has the dual natures of autonomy and administration. Rural democratic politics is part of the social democratic politics. In China, based on the fact that it is hard to measure the development of rural areas with one criteria because of the big social differences, power of village cadres and the problems accompanied have become an important aspect of rural government by law. Therefore it is necessary to take a technical adjustment on the power of village cadres into consideration.
