| Abstract: | From the practice of administrative enforcement implementing in our country,the current system still remains a great deal of problems.The article explores not only the administrative enforcement mode according with administrative principle but also fitting the situation of our country and perfects the system through comparing the different administrative enforcement mode inside or outside our country,and attempts to provide the relative and necessary measure and the system to safeguard the movement of the new mode. |
