| 摘 要： | 现行行政诉讼法的全面修改必须依托于广泛的理论争鸣和深厚的学术积淀。为此,必须深入总结行政诉讼法实施的教训,并以此作为法典修订的现实基础,准确把握行政诉讼制度的根本目的,并以此作为法典修订的灵魂,敏锐洞察全球行政诉讼制度发展的规律作为法典修订的镜鉴。
