| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化背景下,防止经济危机或风险,需要世界各国特别是主要经济国家之间的宏观经济政策合作。20国集团及其旗下的财长和央行行长会议,就是在联合国框架之外形成的适应经济全球化的实现跨国监测、防范、应对危机的新机制,它的重大意义还在于：它不仅意味着对传统的世界经济旧秩序的突破,而且孕育着国际经济新秩序的萌芽。中国的人民币应借势加速国际化进程。
