| 摘 要： | 科学发展观理论的科学性为科学发展观现实化提供了现实的可能性,制度中介则是此种可能性转变为现实的有效保障。科学发展观现实化的制度中介的逻辑依据在于人与制度的关联以及观念与制度之间的互动两个方面。在科学发展观现实化的过程中,科学发展观现实化的制度中介承载着三项重要功能,即载体与信息功能、转化与规范功能、秩序与整合功能。
