| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工市民化是一道全新命题。2010年中央"一号文件"第一次明确"新生代农民工"的概念。与第一代农民工相比,新生代农民工呈现"三高三低"的特点。当前,新生代农民工仍是处于城市制度之外的社会群体,社会地位边缘化、居住边缘化、就业边缘化、经济地位边缘化。新生代农民工问题比农民工问题更复杂,解决起来不可能一蹴而就,也并非一朝一夕。政府应把解决新生代农民工市民化问题真正摆在议事日程,给予特殊关注,采取多种途径解决这一关系国家未来的大事。
