| 摘 要： | 政治用语,是指常态政治生活中惯常使用的话语或术语。不同的政治用语反映了不同的政治生活和政治文化。政府过程学说旨在研究和揭示政府实然运行的过程,而中国的政府过程明显有别于西方国家的政府过程。从政治用语的视角来看,具有中国特色的政治术语彰显了中国政府过程的特殊性。当然,在现实的政治生活中它既有其独到的优点,也不乏一些问题和不足,在以后的发展中应当着力完善和改进。
