| Abstract: | The Roman law with the rich contents and intensive theories is an important and famous law in the world not only in the past but also in nowadays.The legists coming from different countries called this famous law as the first international law of commodities and producers' society.The Roman law supplied the legal behavior system with the theory foundation,necessary condition and external condition.It is very important to Research on the Roman law's effects to the establishment of the legal behavior system.And the researching can help us understanding the essential characteristics of this system.. |
