| 摘 要： | 企业新产权制度建立后,职工劳动经济权益受到一定程度的损害,这种情况给职工权益的维护和企业的生产发展都带来了不少的影响。各级工会在完善维权机制时,要大力维护职工权益,同时也要注重维权方式的多样化。

| Abstract: | After the establishment of a new property-right system in enterprises, workers and staff members' labor economic rights and interests are infringed to a certain extent.This situation has influenced to safeguard the workers and staff members' rights and interests and enterprises' production development.The trade unions at all levels should vigorously safeguard the workers and staff members' rights and interests,and pay attention to use various ways of safeguarding rights and interests. |
