| 摘 要： | 伪造、变造国家有价证券罪是指自然人或单位以流通或使用为目的,伪造、变造国库券或者国家发行的其他有价证券,数额较大的行为。它是非法定的目的犯,以流通或者使用为目的,只要行为人伪造、变造的国家有价证券足以以假乱真即可,伪造、变造之国家有价证券不是本罪的犯罪对象而是行为对象。

| Abstract: | The crime of counterfeiting national valuable bonds refers to people or units counterfeit national securities or other valuable bonds in great amount with the aim of circulation and use.The convict is unlegislated purposely convict committing the crime with the aims of circulation and use.As long as the counterfeit national valuable bonds are real enough,counterfeiting national valuable bonds is not the object of the crime but the object of action. |
