| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机犯罪活动日益猖獗,给国家安全和社会稳定造成了极大的威胁。文章对计算机犯罪的定义、类型、特征、动向及我国针对计算机犯罪的立法情况进行了讨论,提出打击计算机犯罪的对策。
