2000年以来大陆学界对钓鱼岛问题的研究现状分析

近年来,钓鱼岛问题已渐成大陆学界的研究热点,大批学术成果问世,研究主题主要涉及钓鱼岛问题的历史地理研究、法理研究、现状及前景研究等若干领域。这些研究不仅体现为历史地理依据和法理依据方面的深度论述,而且对解决钓鱼岛问题的各种方案进行了深入思考,表明钓鱼岛问题研究步入了一个新的发展阶段。

A Study on the Issue of Diaoyu Islands by the Mainland Academia since 2000

In recent years,the issue of Diaoyu Islands has become the hot topic for the mainland academia.There have been a large number of academic achievements that have kept coming out whose topics mainly involves in the study of the history and geography of the Diaoyu Islands,their legal research and their current status and prospects.These studies are not only reflected in the depth of discussion in both historical and geographical bases and the legal basis,but also focus on various strategies for the resolution of the issue,and at the same time,show that the research on this issue has entered a new stage of development.
