| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记以“民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处”28个字对社会主义和谐社会基本特征的精辟概括充分表明:和谐社会必定是法治社会,和谐社会与法治密不可分。新的世纪,作为一支特殊的法治力量的律师,通过其职能的实现,在和谐社会构建中制约公权、保障人权、平衡利益、协调关系的重要作用不可或缺。

| Abstract: | The General Secretary of CPC,Hu Jintao has defined the socialist harmonious society by using 28 characters.The harmonious society is the one that must be ruled by law,thus the harmonious society and ruling by law are necessarily inseparable.In the new century,as a special group in legal system,the lawyers play a very significant role in the construction of setting up the harmonious society. |
