摘    要:我国现行的劳动争议纠纷解决机制可以归结为“一裁两审”的单轨制模式。该模式在历史上曾经起过积极的作用,但随着社会主义市场经济的进一步深化和我国加入WTO,劳动争议纠纷解决机制存在的缺陷越来越受到人们的关注。面对这种现状,我国劳动争议纠纷解决机制的改革和完善显得十分必要。

Abstract:The mechanism to settle the labour disputes in our country can be came down to the single model of "one judge and two inquisitions". This model played active role in the past. As the social - economy development and joining the WTO, people pay more and more attentions to the limitations of this mechanism. And it becomes necessary to reform and improve this mechanism in our country.
