| Abstract: | This paper reviews the correlative theory and research development of human Y chromosome STR Loci in forensic medicine application. The aim of this article lies in expanding the application range and exerting the unique advantages of Y chromosome as a genetic marker. Therefore this study has important theoretical and practical significance. |
