| 摘 要： | 在知识经济的新时代，知识产权及其法律保护制度已为世人所关注。知识经济对知识产权法律制度提出了建立激励机制、信息公开、管理与服务相结合、加强协调保护等新要求。同时，知识产权法律制度又呈现出与科技创新政策结合、扩大保护范围、与国际统一规则协调、加大保护力度等新的国际化趋势。
