| 摘 要： | 转型时期的毒品犯罪是发展中国家在现代化进程中所面临的一个严重的社会问题,湖南省毒品犯罪日益猖獗,且呈蔓延膨胀之势,犯罪手段趋于智能化和武装化,“以贩养吸”仍为湖南省目前主要贩毒犯罪形式,毒品犯罪人员的组成复杂,呈现年轻化、职业化等趋势,毒品犯罪的社会危害性越来越大。

| Abstract: | Drug-related crime in reforming time is a serious problem faced by developing countries in their process of civilization.The drug-related crimes in Hunan province become more and more rampant and tend to spread.Means of the crimes have a trend of intellectualization and the military equipment.Tacking drugs through trafficking is still the main form of drug-related crimes at present and the composition of drug-related criminals is rather complex and tends to become younger and more professional.The social harmfulness gets more and more serious. |
