| 摘 要： | 马来西亚地处热带,盛产棕榈油,因此较早地研发和使用了棕榈油生物燃料,还出口到欧美、日本、韩国等国家,而马来西亚生物燃料政策推动了这一进程.本文考察马来西亚生物燃料政策制定的背景、内容和影响.和世界各国发展生物燃料的背景一样,马来西亚生物燃料政策的制定也有能源、环境、经济3个方面的诉求,但是相对而言,经济的因素或者说保持棕榈油的价格稳定显得更为重要.马来西亚通过各种政策鼓励生物燃料的发展,生物燃料在给人们带来希望的同时也带来隐忧.
