The responsibility of the leader in administrative decision-making fault

The fault of administrative decision is the biggest fault in the activities of the management of administration .we have expended too much for it.So it's very significant to discuss the problem of the fault of administrative decision and the leaders' responsibility.In this text we discuss the standard to judge the fault of administrative decision.and analyze different contents under specific conditions. At last,we point out several measures to make the decision more democratically and more scientifically.The first measure is to make precautions against the fault,to emphasize the leaders'responsibity in the process of the decision. The second measure is that we should investigate and affix the leaders'responsibity feasibly to remedy the defect after the fault.
