依托茅以升事迹教育馆的少先队自主教育实践研究

为充分发挥科技名人的教育作用,实现优势教育资源作用的最大化和特色教育内涵利用的最优化,茅以升实验学校依托校内的＂茅以升事迹展览馆＂,通过充实丰富陈列内容,遵循少先队德育自主教育的原则,搭建自主教育平台,打造富有特色的系列活动,促进队员成长,形成了＂一馆三院＂架构下的少先队自主教育模式,并建立了独特的组织与评价机制。

Reserch on the Activity of the Young Pioneers＇ Self-education Supported by Mao Yisheng Deeds of Education Museum

In order to show the famous people＇s educational model to the fullest extent, to maximize the role of advantages of educational resources and to optimize the use of contents of distinctive education, Mao Yisheng Experimental School will launch the activity of ＂the young pioneers of Mao school＂ which supported by Mao Yisheng Deeds of Education Museum. Through the rich exhibits, under the principle of moral self-education, this activity is to set up a platform for self-education and organize a series of distinctive activities to promote the growth of team members. The school also establishes a unique mechanism of organization and evaluation by the young pioneers＇ self-education mode under the framework of ＂One Museum and Three Schools＂.
