| Abstract: | Taiwan Province has reconstructed the administrative structure of state-owed universities based on the idea of guaranteeing academic freedom and autonomy since 1994 by the Universities Act. We could ac- quire some inspirations from its successful or unsuccessful experiences in promoting our modern universities system in mainland. |
